XPRTNovice joined OverClocked Remix in early 2012, and within the first four months had his first remix accepted. He entered the OCR scene with a bluegrass mashup of some Final Fantasy VII tracks, and since then he's been kicking out strange remixes utilizing a wide span of live instruments. XPRTNovice will be featured on the up and coming Final Fantasy VI album "Balance and Ruin", as well as upcoming Secret of Mana, Ocarina of Time, and Lufia 2 albums in 2012. He also collaborated with Theophany (Jason Gallaty) on a Majora's Mask project that went viral all over the internet, gathering over 15,000 fans in under two days. Joseph Zieja (his real name) is also an author of a variety of geek fiction (fantasy and SF).
