Written In Kings are a Welsh rock band who are proud of their cultural heritage. The Welsh are the salt of the earth with an unwavering spirit and this sets WIK apart. Written In Kings have a hunger and passion to reach people globally with a story that has grown throughout their journey. Their music exudes passion as they derive inspiration from the greatest British rock history from The Rolling Stones through to Royal Blood. Everything WIK strives for is excellence, whether it is in live performance or recorded music, the hope is that it will change your world, even if just for a moment. Influences for the band’s culture and music are Switchfoot and Needtobreathe, however, they seek to stretch this revolution even further as their rebellion continues to tear down boundaries. Written In Kings have been BBC Radio Wales’ artist of the week and are featured on UCB, Premier Radio and TBN TV, to name a few, as well as playing at the UKs leading Christian Festivals. The band have an intense work ethic and are continuously seeking the next adventure; both in music, business and community. The heart of the band is to serve communities everywhere with their music.. WIK will be launching a community project in the near future that will be focused on changing lives and instilling hopes, dreams and aspirations to individuals, towns, cities and your community. Written In Kings are Ambassadors for Compassion UK and support the work of 4M and Compassion around the world.
