Wonder Dog was a side project by German electronic musician Harry Thumann, best known for the 1982 single "Ruff Mix," a Hi-NRG track of dog barks, which was a success in Germany and the UK. In the UK, a young Simon Cowell would appear as the physical manifestation of Wonder Dog, lip-syncing to "Ruff Mix" in a dog costume on TV.
