Wlud was a band that formed in the town of Colmar, France, back in the late 70's. All members (the band name is an acronym from the first letter of their surnames) had experienced various degrees of musical training and had discovered that they had a mutual liking for progressive rock. They set out to create a style of music that would speak to the listener with no lyrics whatsoever, letting the music itself do the talking.
