Hailing from Oakland, California's mean streets comes the first Native American rap group in history, Without Rezervation, laying down a political ethnic funk sure to appeal. In 1992 Nez the Nemesis, The Messenger MC, MC Hytes, and Sice formed the group. Sice left shortly after the groups establishment. Their first album covers a broad array of native ideas and social issues. Although most of the songs on the album were recorded in 1992 and 1993 the group secured distribution in 1994.
