Lynch, Donnie, and DJ started as a side project jamming around and playing Open Mic Nights because none of them were in bands and they all wanted to be. Donnie stuck to drums, and Ryan and DJ switched between bass, guitar and vocals. After a little while of dormancy and playing with other bands, they reformed and began writing and rehearsing some new stuff. Now a full three piece, Wingnut hopes to play some music and have some fun. Primarily a pop-punk band, Wingnut occasionally breaks into whatever genre they feel like, allowing any music lover to enjoy the show.
