Artist
William "Willie" Bollinger was born in Cape Girardeau, MO March 8th 1933. He recorded with many labels however in 1959 he was scouted by Mable Rueble and sent to chicago to work with Leonard Chess at Chess records. There he was teamed up with Charlie Chalmers world renouned saxiphonist. After Charlie began to work with William he then went to sun records. There he was under the Direction of Sam Phillips. William recorded numerous EP's from 1959 all the way until 1981 however some of these recording are missing. William continued to perform after he was released from his last record label until he passed on may 24th 2003.
