William Lovell aka Phonicpimp popped out of his mothers warm womb in Adelaide Australia. Growing up he always liked sharing his music with the public, playing in various edgy experimental bands such as Zac Mcracken and the Musical Mindbenders & later Rump. In 2004 he packed his Korg and moved to China, invited to play live sets for infamous underground boat parties and festivals. Better known for his skills with a keyboard and laptop, he’s actually a very talented Bass Guitarist. If you happen to get an invite back to his studio, be sure to ask to listen to his dark horror film sound tracks.
