Wild Pumpkins at Midnight started out in Tasmania, Australia in the early 1980s and moved to the Netherlands in the early 1990s, releasing at least 6 albums during their lifetime. Their last CD was entitled "Instant Ocean", released in 1998. Turning folk, pop, surf, acoustic rock & roll and drone music into a unique blend, they were especially known for their sometimes emotional but always vigorous live performances.
