Wilco en de leugendetector is a Dutch alternative rock band formed in 2021 and consisting of Thor Kissing (vocals and guitar) and his* mother, Diana van Rijn (backing vocals). The DAW Logic Pro by Apple Inc. is also listed as a band member, providing bass and drums, among other digital instruments. Their name is derived from a well-known Dutch television moment from 2012 in which a young boy named Wilco gets tested with a lie detector. Their self-titled debut EP, Wilco en de leugendetector, was released on December 3rd, 2021. Their sophomore EP, 2, followed on January 6th, 2023, and does not include any musical participation by Diana van Rijn, who is listed on the EP's credits section with "greetings".
