Western Decay are a 5-piece melodic death/thrash band with a distinct Gothenburg sound based in Brisbane, Australia. They have played with a number of well-known local Queensland and Australian acts including but not limited to: LORD, Pathogen, A Secret Death, From These Wounds and Infernal Method. To date they have released a 4-track slipcase demo which is available at shows, and have plans to release a three-way split with the bands Naked Burn and Infinite Thought Process, as well as a mini-album for release in early 2007.
