Westhell 5 is a band playing UNDERcover. West Hell 5 was founded in 2007 and gets it's inspiration from old spy-fi & crime-soundtracks, 60's groove jazz, Vegas Grind and early rhythm 'n blues. This results in what they call "Mod & Crime", featuring hot sax, eerie theremin, wailin' organ, beatin' drums, fat bass and groovin' guitar.. In 2009, WestHell 5 released their 1st album called "The Mod Jazz Affair" and 2012 saw the release of their 11-track album "UNDERCOVER" (LP/CD) on Hippo Records.
