Weird Paul Petroskey (or simply Weird Paul), began releasing music cassettes in the late 1980s. Most of his albums are self-published on his personal label, Rocks & Rolling Records. Petroskey has written or co-written over 700 songs and released 26 albums. Most can still be purchased at the official site, www.weirdpaul.com. In 2006, a documentary on Weird Paul--Weird Paul, A Lo Fidelity Documentary by Chicago filmmaker Stacey Goldschmidt--showed at the Harris Theater in downtown Pittsburgh (see the trailer at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=muup-361HLo ). It has since played at the Chicago Underground Film Festival and in Leeds, England at the Leeds International Film Festival. It features interviews with Lou Barlow, Calvin Johnson, John S.
