Weekend Hours was formed in 2019 by Dain Vargo (guitar/bass/vocals) and Josh Pajak (drums/keys/vocals), both former members of Patty Hype. The band, based out of Ann Arbor and Boston, has cited their sound as a mix of jazz, classical, prog rock, pop punk, and indie. As of March 17, 2021, Weekend Hours has released 6 singles, an EP titled "When You're Here" and is currently signed to student-run label Empty Mug Records.
