We Will Have Victory hail from the city of Bristol in the UK. The band consists of Captain Niki Debauls on guitar and lead vocals, Sgt JJ Memphis on Lead Guitar, Tailgunner Ruthless on the drumkit and Private Parts on the bass guitar. Formed from the burning wreckages of Kortez and Teenage Girls the band re-grouped and hardened their sound. The result is a twisted mix of metal and Alt rock. The bands live gigs are an awesome spectacle, dressed in messed up army gear - imagine if Motley Crue were actually hard enough to have fought in Vietnam - with smoke and strobe effects they are a huge pull on the gigging circuit. We Will Have Victory started a a personal vendetta by Debauls against boring live shows and dull bands - the vision was to bring back the kind of live show people will talk about and want to see again and again. The songwriting reflects this, tracks such as 'Heretics In Vietnam' and 'Kids With Knives' are charged with brutal energy and power - dynamics are key, energy is everything.
