We Came From Wolves ("WCFW") were originally formed in late 2010 as Perth, Scotland-based singer and guitarist Kyle Charles James Burgess's solo project. Following the recruitment of Greg Erickson (guitar), Robert Whytock (bass, vocals), and John Harcus (drums, PMX), the newly-formed group quickly built up a local following with their catchy hooks, heart-felt and honest lyrics, and electric live shows. In their short time together, they have already tackled two UK tours, the first of which culminated in their first overseas show in Paris, and the second a non-stop 30 date jaunt taking them around the O2 Academy circuit and a selection of some of the best small venues in the UK. They have also supported Northern Irish goliaths And So I Watch You From Afar and their mighty compatriots Frightened Rabbit at a sold out show in their hometown of Perth. All three of their singles from debut EP, "Cope" (released 2012), secured them airplay on BBC Radio One’s "Introducing" amongst others, racking up over 15,000 views for their first music video. Greg Erickson and John Harcus left the band in 2013, and brothers Taylor White (guitars) and Harrison White (drums), both formerly of Whigs & Rakes joined in replacement. The band has since relocated to Glasgow, Scotland.
