We Are Mountains is an Electronic / Club / Breakbeat band out of the greater Scranton area of northeastern Pennsylvania. The band was formed in the early summer of 2008 after core members Jehiel Boner and Jeff Madrak started experimenting with computerized, electronic music. Starting out as a self described "joke-band," they soon saw minor success and took the band to the next level. Their sound is considered to fall somewhere in between Breathe Carolina and 3oh!3. Although they are quoted saying that they don't have a genre, their music predominantly falls under that of the Electronica swirl. http://www.myspace.com/wearemountains.
