Artist
Wayne Worley was born in 1941 in Dyersburg, Tennessee. He moved to Chicago, Illinois when he was eighteen. He began recording for Elbridge Records (based in Western Springs, Illinois) in the beginning of the 1960's. He recorded rockabilly/rock and roll music. He was the vocalist and guitarist. He only recorded singles for that label. In 1979, Worley and his band (Wayne Worley And His Worley Birds) recorded and released the LP Red Headed Woman, which was released under the Wix Records label. Worley also released singles with his band as well, three were released through Elbridge Records and one was released through Coin. There is not that much information about Worley.
