"Wavehi grew up on the farmland, but he always had his sights set on the globe. Unsure of how to make these aims come to fruition, he picked up the microphone." Wavehi (Nick Hampton Polito), originating from Seattle, Washington, is an underground artist who specializes in rap, trap metal, and metal. Nick started his career in 2015, going by “Wave,” then he changed it in 2016 to “Lil Splash”. Soon, he decided to change his stage name to “Wavehi.” He mostly works with producers like S1NINJA, 777goly, and longboystyle. In 2015, Wavehi had his first EP published, Ninety Seven. This EP was made with Wavehi’s friends during his senior years in high school as just some fun and trying out new hobbies. In 2016, Wavehi decided to take a break from music that would last for roughly 3 years. In 2020, Wavehi published his second EP, Systematic Recklessness. This was during the time when Wavehi had decided to return to music. This EP was a collaboration with Gehena. This was now when Wavehi started up his rapping career and started taking things more seriously.
