There are multiple artists with this name. 1. Watching Paint Dry began with a sunset conversation in June of 2019. It began with lead singer and communications junior Zoë Goldenfarb’s Instagram post calling for female musicians. It began with drummer and communications sophomore Kaja Andric’s School of Rock lessons seven years ago. It began with bassist and strings junior Abbey Magnolia’s grandmother’s blessing. It began with a revelation: “Why waste more time limiting myself?” lead guitarist and communications junior Isabella Weiss said. Against the odds of their hectic school lives, Watching Paint Dry persisted because its members believed in something larger: music. 2. As heard on StillStream, Watching Paint Dry makes boring music, and has since 2006. Upcoming projects include "A Very Boring Christmas" (LP) and the "Be Mine" remaster.
