WARNING BROKEN MACHINE is the solo project of Don Haugen started in Eugene, Oregon, USA in 1990. Originally started as side-project of the art punk band Holy Rodent to explore more experimental sounds. WARNING BROKEN MACHINE is experimental, avant-garde, noise + sound art. Composed and improvised music building structures that collapse from their own weight. WARNING BROKEN MACHINE often collaborates with artists; and has worked with such artists as Klowd, IDX1274, Bob Bellerue, Pulse Emitter, Cryptic Weevil, Instagon, Chefkirk and view. A sonic palette that ranges from building shaking low-end rumblings to whispering walls of noise. Part academic post-modernism and part nihilistic spazz noise.
