Formed in 2015 as a solo act, by Tiago Duarte Dias, after the release of two EPs, Warmest Winter became a full band with the addition of Luiz Badia, Denny Visser and Daniel Vellutini and the subsequent release of two singles. Strongly influenced by Joy Division, Slowdive and Os Mutantes, the band has been playing in their home state of Rio de Janeiro as well as other cities in Brazil, in addition to working on their first studio album to be released in 2018.
