For Baltimore-based hard rocker Gary Noon, this dream has become a reality. Noon’s newest musical endeavor, Walking with Giants, recently released a self-titled EP on June 25, 2013. It was this project that brought Noon’s dreams to fruition, as he was fortunate to work with two of his biggest influencers: Clint Lowery (lead guitar – Sevendust) and Scott “Flip” Phillips (drums – Creed, Alter Bridge, Projected). Noon’s passion for music started at a young age, and quickly became an effective way to channel his battle against ADHD and generalized anxiety. With a determination to succeed despite his challenges, Noon took to the guitar and found inspiration in songwriting. His diverse influencers ranged from guitar virtuosos like Joe Satriani and Mark Tremonti to elite singer-songwriters like Matt Scannell and Myles Kennedy. Noon soon found himself spearheading a Sevendust and Alter Bridge cover band, playing the musical style that he enjoyed so sincerely.
