Roots & Blues from New England: Walk That Walk has served as the Boston-area touring band for two Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame inductees — Bo Diddley and Johnnie Johnson, pianist and co-writer in Chuck Berry’s legendary combo. They also backed Carey Bell, blues-harmonica ace. The band performed for crowds of 3000+ people during these tours. The group’s own material and performances are born of the sounds of Detroit and Chicago, where the electric blues was forged in the '50s. Band members: Chuck “Poppa’ C” Desnyder – guitar, Vocals Jimmy James “limpin’ Lemon” Love – Guitar, Vocals Jon “Cutlet” Reese – Bass Alan Waters – Drums and Percussion User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
