Musically, Waj's tracks are a hybrid, diverse, multifarious combination of styles (or a hotch-potch mule of a mixture depending on who you ask). He uses only his computer, keyboard and occasionally samples gathered at home or away. Waj is based in Dundee, Scotland; he is in his twenties and makes music around a soul-sapping day job and a myriad of other hobbies (programming games and what some may describe as 'wee oddities'; avoiding reality through the mediums of film and sci-fi novels and embodying Mario through his Wii and jumping on baddies' heads). He claims to have not been responsible for the track 'What if God smoked Cannabis?' to which he has been accredited but cannot deny he has also pondered the question.
