WAID is a rock/metal-band from Sweden. Their music varies from heavy to soft, fast to slow with with catchy melodies and choruses. WAID began in November 2006 consisting of Kim Arefäll on vocals, Mattias Leandersson on guitar, Linus Hartvigsson on bass and Micke Streuli on drums. A few months later, their first demo "We Are In Denial" was recorded and got great reviews in many magazines, including Scandinavia's largest, "Sweden Rock Magazine." In May 2007, Jojje Landgren joined and completed the WAID-lineup as their second guitarist. In November 2007, "Children of Tomorrow", a modern melodic rock/metal disc was recorded.
