1/ Würm is a one man DSBM band from Québec in Canada. Mortenak is Würm's only member and has signed to Graveless Slumber Records and released one full-length album to date entitled 'Aux Portes De L'agonie' which was released in Spring of 2007. 2/ Würm is a French "metal electro" band from France (Val d'Oise). 3/ Würm was a proto-punk/metal band featuring Chuck Dukowski of Black Flag. Initially pre-dating Black Flag, they broke up in the 1978 but reunited a couple times in the early 1980s, releasing one seven inch (which can be found on the painfully out of print CD, The Seven Inch Wonders Of The World), a posthumously released LP, and one song on the The Blasting Concept Vol.II compilation album, all on SST Records, which Dukowski co-owned at the time. A number of songs originally penned for Würm were re-worked and recorded by Black Flag. Dukowski eventually regained the rights to the recordings from SST as part of a litigation settlement and the material was compiled with demo and compilation tracks and reissued by ORG Music in 2018. In 2020, Dukowski and longtime drummer Lou Hinzo formed a new version of the band and released a seven inch on ORG. 4/ Würm is a metal band from Melbourne, Australia. Hellhammer meets Amebix.
