There has been more than one band with the name Voxpop. 1) Voxpop, a danish new wave/pop band from the early 1980's, the band were led by singer Elisabeth Gjerluf Nielsen (sister of Peter A.G. of Gnags): Another member of Voxpop was bassist Flemming Muus. The band broke up in the mid 80's when Elisabeth went solo. 2) VOXPOP,formed in London in January 2007. Over the last year they have been writing and recording songs and they have built up a big collection of demos that they will be posting up on myspace over the coming months. They have also recorded a couple of tracks with Paul Epworth (producer Bloc Party, Maximo Park, Futureheads, Kate Nash). The first song they recorded with Paul is The Boomerang Generation which is up on the myspace.
