Vladislav Kazenin (Kirov, 1937) is a Russian composer. Kazenin studied and teached at the Ural State Conservatory. Kazenin headed the Union of Composers of Russia and is a member of the commission of the Russian Federation State Prizes in the field of literature and art - the Commission on the music and choreography (1990), a member of the Board of the Ministry of Culture of Russia (1990) and the Council on Culture and the Arts (1996).
