Vitaliy Kozlovskiy (Виталий Козловский in Ukrainian) is a Ukrainian pop artist. At present, Vitaliy Kozlovskyi is, literally, the most popular Ukrainian singer, without any alternative in the entire country. Vitaliy Kozlovskyi is the winner of TV projects “Karaoke na Maidani” [Karaoke on Maidan], and “Shans” [Chance] (2003). In 2004, he represented Ukraine in the “New Wave” international song contest in Jurmala (Latvia). He won the third prize at the international contest of young performers “Eilat-2007”, and became one of the three artists shortlisted for the final selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2007. Vitaliy Kozlovskyi has released three albums: “Kholodnaya Noch” [Cold Night] (2005), “Nerozgadani Sny” [Undiscovered Dreams] (2006), and “Krasota Rozluka” [Sophisticated Beauty] (2007). Each of his albums, starting with the first one, has become Gold, which confirms the national recognition – this is a real record for an artist in Ukraine. Vitaliy has won more than twenty awards and prizes including the “Singer of the Year” (2006), “The Most Popular Singer of 2007”, several “Song of the Year” awards (2005-2007), three “Zolota Sharmanka” [Gold Sharmanka] awards, and was several times recognized as the “Sex Symbol” and the “Man of the Year”.
