Vital Varkovic is a Polish composer, pianist, and producer. His musical journey began at the age of 8 when he started learning to play the piano and accordion while living in Lithuania. As a student at a music school, he performed with an accordion orchestra in several European countries. At the age of 18, he moved to Poland to study composition, conducting, and music education, but life circumstances forced him to interrupt his studies. Upon his return to music, he joined a band as a pianist and, shortly thereafter, co-founded a rock band with friends. In this band, he assumed the roles of lead vocalist, co-composer, and lyricist. During the 1990s, the band primarily performed in pubs, student clubs, and festival stages. Currently, he is focusing on creating neoclassical piano music, meditative music, and ambient music. He is the creator of the music project 14 Sounds in which he fulfills the roles of both a composer and a producer. Additionally, he engages in graphic design and photo editing, which he uses to enhance the visual aspects of his compositions.
