There are multiple artists that operate or operated under the name Virulent. 1. A death metal band from Utrecht, the Netherlands. They were active from 1998 until 2006 and released three EP's. 2. A self-proclaimed experimental deathcore band from Phoenix, Arizona that was active from 2011 until 2019. They released three albums (The Great Destroyer, Empire, & New Plagues) and an EP (Reinitialize, a free Bandcamp release consisting of re-imagined/re-recorded tracks from Empire). 3. A Japanese visual kei band, but their bandname is spelled differently, so any scrobbles for that band here are caused by incorrect tagging.
