We are a Swedish "trallpunk" (political, fast and melodic punk) band called Vintertid. . We started playing together in this constellation in november 2003. The band was formed by two young guys in the very North of Sweden who thought that the swedish music scene lacked something vital. In true nature of punk they decided to do something about the situation themselves. The basic idea was to create fast, melodic, aggressive and cold punkrock with swedish lyrics that would either get you pissed or depressed. We've done our fair share of gigs around the north of Sweden and in the beginning of 2005 we released our debut mini-CD called "Ge oss en orsak" (Give us a reason).
