In the late 90’s Ville “Loopy” Lope found a new calling, DJing. And also the drive to create new and never before heard music. Therefore Ville Lope has slowly but surely become one of the rising stars of the Finnish trance scene. Due to his remarkable networking skills, and his co-operation with Finnish label Finity Recordings, Ville has been able to raise his profile in the international trance community. As A&R manager with Finity Recordings Ville has been able to unleash his provess for hunting down the next new sound and talent growing in Finland. Ville’s first step as a producer was made in 2007, marked with the release of the single track “Eternal Sunshine”. Co-produced with Hank Over as Con-Science, signed on the UK-based Neuroscience Recordings, which received banging support by Sied Van Riel at the Berlin Love Parade later the same year. (Other support received for “Eternal Sunshine”, Andy Moor and many more). This all at the same time as he was learning the ropes at producing and marketing, while the whole time being committed to his duties at Finity Recordings. And for all you friends of Ville Lope’s sound out there “Those Mellow Moments” is out now (30th of May, 2008) on Finity Recordings. As the title may reveal the track was the result of a mellow spring day one year prior. The result is a laid back sound, melodic yet captivating, at the same time.
