2009-present www.villainvsvillain.com Coming from a city known for it's work ethic as well as it's corruption, Villain vs. Villain has no choice but to ingest all of it's influence, both good and evil. What better way to learn the tales of our lives than through the lethal drama that Chicago has to offer. Give us your lies and fears, and we'll give you our broken glass outlook. Feed us your crime and politics, and we'll vomit our art. We're not merely witnesses to your crimes, but accomplices. On April 1st 2009 at a rehearsal studio on Chicago's west side, Villain vs. Villain introduced themselves with a spry smile and slick cadence and staked claim to what they believe to be theirs. Peeler - Vocals, guitar, programming Jaysin - Guitar, vocals Ryan Arthur - Bass Chesney - Drums In 2006, Chicago-based rock band Royal (2005 - 2008) recorded an album with Grammy-nominated producer Johnny K (Disturbed, Sevendust, Staind), which was shelved and never released. The group abruptly disbanded shortly after. Founding members Peeler and Ryan Arthur joined forces with guitarist Jaysin in early 2009, and Villain vs. Villain was born. Drummer Chesney fell in later that year and the band hit the ground running, releasing their self-produced/self-titled EP in mid-2010, as well as two videos ('The Chicago Way', 'Thrillogy'), both of which were directed by Peeler. In May 2010, the band was chosen by Chicago's Q101-FM to perform at their annual 'Q101 Jamboree' festival at First Midwest Bank
