There are two bands with the name Village Green. The First Village Green are a rock n roll band from Middlesbrough, North East England. Composing of four members. Andy Granville on Vocals and Guitar, Mike Tebbs on the Bass, Joe Drury on the Drums and Alex Lockwood on lead Guitar. The band who joined together in early 2011 have been touring the area extensively, whilst recording the bands debut album. The Second. Village Green are a post-rock outfit from Sydney, Australia. They've released two records on Big Rig Records: their debut 4 track EP Falling Down In Public Builds Character in 1999, and the full length Beestung & Waterlogged in 2001. After a line-up change (exit James and Jo) in 2001 they're preparing to "re-enter the fray". This is not Portland, Oregon alt rockers The Village Green.
