Victoria Hansen is an award winning, Australian freelance consultant, producer and multimedia presenter with specific expertise in food and cooking. With a diploma in Food Education from the University of Western Sydney, Victoria taught Home Economics before moving into the commercial sector and eventually media. With more than 25 years experience in presenting, (including over 1000 hours of live TV), between 2000 and 2003 she co-produced and presented the daily Woolworths "Fresh Today" segments on Channels 7 and 9, and in 2003 self published and released her first cookbook "First Principles - The Basic Cooking Handbook", of which 100,000 copies have sold nationally. Between 2003 and 2007 she was also a regular presenter on Sydney's Radio 2GB, with two weekly segments, 'Victoria's Kitchen' and 'The Radio Kitchen'. She currently produces and presents BiteSize Cooking™, a series of Radio and Television segments aired nationally on metro and regional radio stations and the WIN Regional Television Network.
