Victor Braun (August 4, 1935 – January 6, 2001) was a famous Canadian-born operatic baritone. An internationally acclaimed artist, he performed in the leading opera houses of Europe and North America and was also a successful soloist. He was born in Rabbit Lake, Saskatchewan, Canada. He rose to fame when he won the grand prize at the Vienna International Mozart competition in 1963, after which he remained in demand for the rest of his career.
