There are at least two different bands named Vanity Box. 1. Vanity Box is a four-piece band from Groningen, The Netherlands. They balance a jangly shoegaze sound and subdued, noisy indie rock. Vanity Box navigate the reflections and images of lives lived and desired. Debut album: Good Luck, See You Friday (2025). Personnel: Julia Bekker (vocals, bass guitar), Hugo Heinen (vocals, guitar), Sybolt Friso (drums, backing vocals) and Yorick Karseboom (vocals, guitar, organ). 2. Vanity Box was an indie rock band from Nottingham, United Kingdom. The band formed in late 2009 and have been performing frequently across the U.K. The band underwent a major line up change at the beginning of 2017 and recorded their debut album, Chance Would Be A Fine Thing (2017), with the following line-up: Tom Chambers (vocals, rhythm guitar), Darren Moulds (lead guitar), Paul Robinson (drums, percussion), Chris Miggells (keyboards, synths, vocals), Jack Baines (bass).
