Vanity & Jokes is the solo-project of Udo Pesch. 'All the way' is his latest album, which contains 11 songs that may be a bit less fragile than his previous work, though there are still enough delicate moments, they are alternated with songs that are more upbeat. What hasn’t changed are songs about dreamers, losers and outcasts who just try to cope. In 2011, an album also named 'Vanity & Jokes' was released. This album contains 12 songs about people that have made mistakes, or will make mistakes, songs about longing and dissappointment. In 2010, a first album was released, 'Revisited', which contained songs Pesch played earlier with other bands.
