Vangate is: Heath Lane - Vox Aaron Zaccazan - Guitar Dylan Clark - Bass Pat Rooney - Keys + Vox David Stead - Drums + Vox Having played together for years, Heath and Pat (vox and keys respectively) had already been creating music that entailed keys, Vocals, and a drum machine. As the months rolled on, one thing was evident, and that was the fact that they both wanted to create music with more musicians. So after long months of searching, they found Aaron (guitars), Steady (drums) and Dylan (bass). Then the songwriting began… Since these five boys found this line-up, they worked day in day out at Electric Sun Studios to release their debut EP under their previous name "Ire The Puppet". And working alongside Dave Petrovic, Vangate have since created a sound that's simply 'a feast for the senses’. Hailing from Western Sydney, these boys have played a variety of venues. From Luna Park to the The Fitzroy Hotel, and have been attracting people all over the country. Their sound brings melodic riffs, along with roaring vocals, backed by beautiful string sections. Quite a unique array of sounds! This is evident within their live shows! And now, having supported big Australian acts such as Jericco and The Killgirls, these 5 Sydney-siders are back in the studio recording what will surely be a massive debut release under the name your all sure to be hearing.....VANGATE. As the songs matured, they finished writing what will soon be their debut full length album. Due to be released
