Valyri Kaari Bosserman (Shortened to “valyri”) is an experimental electronic musician and producer based in Raleigh, North Carolina, whose inspiration draws from genres ranging from 70s Berlin School to IDM to Dream Pop. She is completely self taught starting at age 13 and throughout the years, has progressed in figuring out her workflow and stylistic approach, having released near two dozen full-length concept albums before discontinuing her first alias, “khoven”, at the start of 2018. Her work differs heavily depending on the release, but an overall majority puts emphasis primarily on sound design.
