V.S.E.X. was the first music project Ben Arp (Crunch Pod, C/A/T, Captive Six) started in early 1998. Nothing official was released beyond a few songs on the first Crunch Pod compilation, Battery Sentinel, but various cassette tape demos were passed around the underground Davis, CA electronic and punk music scene in the late 1990s.
