There are two bands that goes under the name Våld. (1) a Finnish crust/metal band, and (2) a Swedish black metal/crust band. 1. Våld was formed in 2002 by Nick Napalm, former guitarist of Finnish metal act Terrorwheel. The mastermind guitar slayer wanted to create the baddest, meanest crust metal spectacle in the country. Nick joined forces with punk persona G.G. (Loinen, Tuska, Veresliha, Sven Tuba & Fiskmåsarna), who's screaming voice fit Nick's vision like a fist in the face. Kenzo, a well respected drum virtuoso since his teens, joined the crew to be part of the crust revolution! Våld released their self-financed debut album, Apoplexia Cerebria, in 2003. Nick played bass on the album, but soon after the release, doomer D joined Våld on bass. It was time to take over the live stages. 2006 saw the release of a second album - Boycott Your Life. It was released by Treason Troops, a label Våld established to be completely in charge of their own products. www.vald.info 2. Våld is a Black metal / Crust punk band from Stockholm, Sweden.
