Artist
Reverend Utah Smith (also known as Elder Utah Smith and The Two Winged Preacher) was a gospel performer who recorded from the 1940s to 1960s and founded the Two Wing Temple Church of God. Sometimes billed as "the traveling evangelist," he recorded three times: once in 1944 for Regis, once in 1953 for Checker, and presumably once more in the 1960s for an unknown label; as far apart as New York, Chicago, and New Orleans. He died in 1965. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
