Artist
Urs Schaefer (*10.7.1970) lives in Zurich, Switzerland. He writes and records his songs in his "lost and forgotten" home studio. He plays all the instruments himself (guitar and other string instruments, bass, drums and percussion, bag pipes etc.). In the 90s he co-founded with friends his first band "Hills like white elephants". Later he played with Witold Ming in the folk duo "Missed Occasions". There were some other collaborations trying out different styles from country folk to experimental (among others with Daniel Stössel). Today he mainly sticks to folk music.
