Urine Luck was Toronto based "improvisational experimental art noise performance" that was infamous around York University from about 2002 to 2004. The project was started by AJ Fletcher (The Falling Trees, Them Porch Rats) at a York University open mic that gave each performer a free beer. Thus, with a shout of "anyone who wants a free drink and can make some noise get up here", Urine Luck was created. The project encompassed close to thirty musicians over its three year existence (as many as ten on stage at one time) and various other performers bringing spoken word, dance and theatre to the stage. Urine Luck was known more for their antics than their wall of noise, hence, that is likely why recordings of this project are very rare.
