Originated in the city of Petrópolis in Rio de Janeiro, the band Urantia was born in May 2015 as an acoustic voice and guitar project and performed at the "Girls on Metal" event at Gypsy Bar. Shortly thereafter, it took on the band format for your second show at the same pub. The band is Raíza Silva, Wallace Oliveira, Rafael Dalcero and Vicktor Correa and focuses on a virtuous and melodic Heavy Power Metal , having as influences bands like: Shaman, Judas Priest, Versailles, among others. The lyrics bring elements of philosophy, history and literature as narrative. The band's sound also mixes with Brazilian rhythms and baroque music, which greatly contributes to their identity.
