Uns e Outros is a Brazilian alternative rock band formed in 1983 in Rio de Janeiro. As of 2023, the band had over 90,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and over 160,000 monthly views on YouTube.[2] Career The band became nationally known for the singles "Carta aos Missionários" and "Dias Vermelhos", both released in 1989[3][4], from their second album. After a time away from the mainstream, the band went through changes and released the album Canções de Amor e Morte, in 2006, which received critical acclaim, mainly for the singles "Um Dia de Cada Vez" and "Depois do Temporal".[3] The album features a re-recording of "Dia Branco", by Geraldo Azevedo.[5] In 2015, the band released their first live album, Uns e Outros ao Vivo, recorded on November 19, 2010; from which "Perdendo Vida" was released, featuring Bruno Gouveia from Biquini Cavadão.[4] The show was originally recorded to be a DVD, but was canceled due to technical problems with some images and was only released on CD in 2015. In 2020, the band re-released the single "Pros que Estamos em Casa", by the group Hojerizah, from 1987.[3] In 2021, the band was one of the attractions of the itinerant project Rock Brasil - 40 Anos.[6] That year, in February, guitarist Nilo Nunes left the band and vocalist Marcelo Hayena became the only remaining member of the original lineup.[7] In 2022, with a new guitarist, the band released the singles "Balada da Redenção" (Marcelo Hayena, Bruno Gouveia and Darlan Castro)[7][8] and "O Id
