Aliases: KJ Rhyme, DJ GGz, UQ Introduction KJ Rhyme, born Feb 1st, 1990, started rapping back 2003 under the alias Unique, which was changed to Uniqum in 2004, due to an bearing resemblance to Q-Unique from Rock Steady Crew, and Unique, a rap duo that released a record called "Dynamite" back in 1988. First Recordings The first recordings of KJ were made in norwegian, and the first ever song he recorded, called "Jean TV" still exists, but is extremely rare. The first serious recordings made in english on the other hand, is stil unreleased, but is set to appear on the compilation record "PSR Vol. 2 - Remixes & Rarities" which will be released sometime after the release of "Salad Days", and before the release of UQ's fourth LP, "The Midnight Opera". First Mixtapes For a long time, things were kept on the low, but in late 2005, more precisely November 22nd, Uniqum released his debut 49-tracks long mixtape, called "The Experimental", quickly followed by "Giving Me EX P", a collection of freestyles, "2005 EP" and "The Experimental 2" in february of the following year. At this point UQ rapped exclusively on english. "The Experimental 2", nicknamed EXP 2, were also the first of his mixtapes promoted by the release of an single. This was the once popular song "Clubhoppin". Uniqum also released a mixtape called "GTB" in April 2006.
